About the most popular riders ranking

This ranking lists the mountain bike riders whose profiles have been visited the most on MTBData over the last seven days. It is a real-time pulse of the MTB community: who fans, journalists and team managers are reading about right now, regardless of whether they won last weekend or are simply trending for other reasons (a transfer, a comeback, an injury update or an emerging star).

How to read the ranking

The "Profile visits" column is the raw count of unique pageviews on each rider's profile during the rolling seven-day window. The list updates hourly. Use it as a complement to the all-time wins and podiums rankings: those measure historical performance, while this page reflects current attention. Click any name to jump straight to the rider's profile, results and career stats.

Why popularity matters

Race results tell you who is winning; popularity tells you who the sport is talking about. The two often correlate, but not always — a returning veteran, a controversial transfer or a young rider with a viral race run can spike to the top of this ranking without yet appearing on the all-time tables. For fans it is the easiest way to discover who matters this week; for the industry it is a signal of where audience interest is moving.
